LemmaCV is a resume tailoring tool that helps job seekers customize their resume for each application. Users keep one master resume, paste a job description, and our platform adjusts their resume to match the role's specific requirements — keyword optimization, experience ordering, and language alignment. We're a small team (under 10) and growing.

The Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to help us reach more job seekers. You'll work directly with the founder and own our content, social media, and community efforts. This is a generalist role — you'll touch a bit of everything and have real ownership over channels from day one.

What You'll Do

Write and publish blog content, newsletters, and social media posts across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
Engage with job search communities on Reddit, Discord, and Facebook — answering questions, sharing resources, and building trust
Identify and coordinate partnerships with career coaches, university career centers, and job boards
Track content performance and community growth metrics
Test new channels and content formats to see what resonates with job seekers
Collect and share user stories and testimonials

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of marketing experience — startup, agency, or in-house
Strong writing skills — you can write a blog post, a TikTok caption, and a Reddit comment without them sounding like the same person
Comfortable with analytics — you know how to tell whether something is working
Experience with social media management (organic, not paid)
Self-directed — you figure things out and don't wait for permission

Nice to Have

Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels)
Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
You've been through a job search yourself and understand the pain points firsthand
